Analytics & Reports

Analytics is available on all tiers. The Analytics module provides module-specific dashboards and reports that surface key operational metrics, helping your team make data-driven decisions. Each module contributes its own analytics widgets, and data can be exported to CSV for offline analysis.

Finance Analytics

The Finance analytics dashboard gives a comprehensive view of your organisation's disbursement activity and payment patterns.

Key Metrics

  • Disbursement totals — total amount disbursed across all payment methods for the selected period.
  • By method — breakdown of disbursements by payment method (bank transfer, cash, cheque, mobile money).
  • By status — distribution of disbursements across statuses (Pending, Processing, Completed, Failed).
  • Monthly and quarterly trend lines showing disbursement volumes over time.
  • Top disbursement recipients and categories.
  • Average processing time from approval to payment.

Procurement Analytics

Procurement analytics help you understand spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

Key Metrics

  • Spend by period — total procurement spend broken down by month, quarter, or year.
  • Spend by department — which departments are driving the most procurement activity.
  • Spend by supplier — your top vendors by total spend, highlighting concentration risks.
  • Spend by category — what types of goods and services your organisation purchases most.
  • PO fulfilment rates — percentage of purchase orders fully delivered on time.
  • Budget utilisation — actual spend versus allocated budget per department.

Asset Analytics

Asset analytics provide insights into how your organisation's physical and digital assets are being used and maintained.

Key Metrics

  • Utilisation — percentage of assets that are actively assigned and in use versus idle or in storage.
  • Depreciation — current book value of assets based on depreciation schedules, helping with financial planning.
  • Expiry tracking — assets with upcoming warranty or licence expiry dates, ordered by urgency.
  • Asset distribution by department, category, and condition.
  • Maintenance history and cost per asset.
  • Total asset value over time.

Fleet Analytics

Fleet analytics help you manage vehicle and equipment maintenance costs and operational efficiency.

Key Metrics

  • Maintenance costs — total spend on fleet maintenance by vehicle, by type of repair, and by period.
  • Fuel consumption — fuel costs and consumption rates per vehicle, route, or department.
  • Maintenance frequency — how often each vehicle requires servicing.
  • Downtime tracking — time vehicles spend out of service for repairs.
  • Cost per kilometre analysis.
  • Upcoming scheduled maintenance alerts.

Leave Analytics

Leave analytics provide visibility into time-off patterns across the organisation, helping HR and management plan for coverage.

Key Metrics

  • Summary by period — total leave days taken per month, quarter, or year.
  • By department — which departments have the highest leave utilisation rates.
  • By type — breakdown of leave taken by type (Annual, Sick, Maternity, etc.).
  • Leave balance overview — employees with low remaining balances.
  • Approval turnaround time — average time from request to decision.
  • Peak leave periods — identify months with the highest absence rates.

Attendance Analytics

Attendance analytics track employee presence and punctuality trends, providing actionable insights for workforce management.

Key Metrics

  • Monthly trends — attendance rates plotted month over month to identify patterns.
  • Present rate — percentage of employees present each day or over a period.
  • Absent rate — percentage of unplanned absences, broken down by department.
  • Late arrivals — frequency and distribution of late check-ins across departments and time periods.
  • Early departures — employees leaving before their scheduled end time.
  • Overtime tracking — hours worked beyond standard working hours.

Dashboard Widgets

The main Analytics dashboard aggregates key metrics from all modules into a single view. Widgets are arranged to give managers and executives an at-a-glance understanding of organisational performance.

  • Each widget displays a summary metric with a trend indicator (up, down, or stable).
  • Click any widget to drill down into the detailed module-specific analytics.
  • Widgets automatically adjust based on the user's role and the modules available on the organisation's plan.
  • Date range filters apply across all widgets for consistent time-based comparisons.

Export Options

All analytics data can be exported to CSV for further analysis, presentation, or sharing with stakeholders.

  • Export from any analytics view using the "Export CSV" button.
  • Exports respect the currently applied filters (date range, department, category, etc.).
  • CSV files include column headers and are formatted for easy import into Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Large exports are processed in the background and a download link is provided when ready.
